Our Mission

Most consumer complaints do not fail because the consumer is wrong. They fail because the story is scattered across emails, screenshots, receipts, and phone notes that no one at the company has time to piece together. We exist to turn that scattered paper trail into a clean, well-written escalation that executive response teams and corporate ombudsmen can actually act on.

We do not pretend to be a law firm, a financial advisor, an insurance adjuster, or a debt settlement company. We are a nonlegal advocacy and complaint organization service. What we do well is listen, document, structure, and escalate.

About David J. Hirschfield and Consumer Escalation Services

David J. Hirschfield is a Palm Desert, California based entrepreneur, author, and business operator with more than two decades of experience navigating complex commercial relationships, vendor disputes, contract related disagreements, negotiation challenges, and professional escalation in high stakes business environments.

As the Founder and CEO of Premier Oil Brokers Inc., David has operated in the global energy markets, an industry where documentation, structure, communication, and professional follow through are essential. In that environment, transactions can be complex, counterparties do not always perform as expected, and the ability to organize facts, preserve records, and escalate issues professionally is critical.

That real world experience helped shape the foundation of Consumer Escalation Services.

David is also the author of four published books, including The Consumer Escalation Playbook, a practical guide designed to help consumers organize complaints, document disputes, communicate more effectively, and understand escalation options before giving up or moving toward more formal remedies.

His other published titles include Oil Trading for Beginners, Which Jobs Are Safe in the Age of AI?, and The Rideshare Algorithm, a book examining how rideshare and delivery platforms manage, compensate, and often disadvantage the independent drivers who rely on them. That experience also informs CES’s support for rideshare and delivery app deactivation complaints.

Consumer Escalation Services was founded in April 2026 with a clear mission: to help everyday consumers and small business owners organize legitimate complaints, prepare supporting documentation, and escalate unresolved issues in a more structured and professional way.

David created CES after recognizing a major gap between customer service frustration and legal action. Many people facing billing disputes, refund problems, warranty failures, contractor issues, travel problems, unpaid invoices, platform deactivations, or unresolved service complaints do not necessarily need a lawyer. They need help organizing the facts, identifying the right documentation, clearly stating the issue, and presenting the complaint to the proper department or decision maker.

That is the space Consumer Escalation Services was built to serve.

CES is not a law firm. David is not an attorney. CES does not provide legal advice, does not represent clients in court, does not act as a collection agency, and does not guarantee any specific result. Instead, CES provides structured, professional, nonlegal complaint preparation and escalation support.

The goal is simple: help clients present legitimate complaints in a clear, organized, documented, and professional manner.
