Consumer Legal Resource Directory

Attorney resources by state and city are being added for consumers who may need legal guidance beyond nonlegal complaint escalation support.

Consumer Escalation Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. CES helps consumers organize complaint facts, prepare documentation, create timelines, clarify desired resolutions, and escalate complaints in a structured, professional manner. In some situations, a consumer dispute may require the guidance of a licensed attorney in the customer’s area.
